Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are liable for the return costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide all the necessary pictures and videos and email us on [email protected] so that we can evaluate the problem and take further action. 

DISCLAIMER

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: Some people may not have the same effect as others with the smell. And some people may experience a stronger sense of smell than others, it depends on how strong your senses are. 

THE PODS TRICK YOUR SENSES INTO SMELLING. IT IS NOT THE ACTUAL TASTE, JUST THE SMELL. 

The bottles are bought on your own accordance, if the bottle is FACTORY FAULTED THEN WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE IT, but if you are having problems with smelling the flavor then unfortunately, we are not held responsible for that and cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our water bottles. If you do not like it and want to return it, then you as the customer are responsible for any costs that are needed to return the product (making sure that it is not damaged), Please make sure that this is your final decision before purchasing the product. Feel free to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges on products that are factory faulted and not damaged by the customer.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will only issue a refund if the product has not been used, and if the product has been damaged along the way or a factory default within 7-days of getting the product.
