Q: How long does one POD last?

One POD lasts around 5 days, or depending on how much water you drink, can last up to 5L - 8L of water. 

Q: Why does my water bottle sound different when I drink with the POD up?

This is normal, as it activates the fragrance on the POD that is connected to the water bottle, through a hole to produce air.  

Q: What is inside the POD or what is the POD made from? 

All the flavor pods contain natural flavors, extracted from fruits, plants, and spices. 

Q: Why is my POD not working?

Make sure that you activate your POD by lifting it up, and to deactivate it push it back down. Many people have different feelings and reactions to the PODs, some may be stronger for some people, and some might find it weaker, it depends on you, but it is normal. 

Q; Do you ship World Wide? 

Yes, we do. 

Q: How long is my shipping time? 

It depends on where in South Africa you are, so for most cities the shipping is around 3-9 days may take longer during the holiday's. 

Q: How can I cancel my order? 

You can send us an email and we will cancel the order for you if it still waiting to be shipped. If the order is already in transit, then we cannot cancel the order. 

Q: How can I return the product?

If the product is faulty within 7 days of receiving it, and is a manufacturing problem, not dropped or broken, by the customer, then you may email us on [email protected] and we will give you the next steps. Products that you do not like, and have been opened and used are not refundable. If you do not want the product anymore and it hasn't been used, you will need to email us and pay for the shipping costs.

A: Yes, we will gladly accept bulk orders, and for bigger quantities, there are discounted prices. You can contact us for more information on bulk quantities. 

Q: If you do not have a product in store, would you be able to get it for me?

A: Yes, you can send us the details and we can help you find the product (if available) and send it down to you. You can discuss it with us on WhatsApp. 

Q: Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?

A: Yes, we do and internationally.
